A new chapter begins…

After the year we’ve all had, I wanted a clean slate and to start the next normal with new vigour and energy, so LB Training is born! Still the same high-quality interventions, just a wee bit more in the ‘Lenny style’ I love. I can’t wait to bring more boom to the room and I am so excited about the new customers I am working with and really looking forward to what the future holds.

12 years ago I handed in my notice to pursue my dream of setting up my own business. Last year was the biggest ever test of that move! l questioned myself, my rash decision making and my ‘selfish choice’. I’ve realised, however, that you can’t put a price on happiness, independence, achievement and proving yourself to yourself! I wouldn’t change anything and I cannot wait to see what adventures LB Training takes me on.

I, like everyone else, cannot change what’s happening around me, I can only change my relationship with what’s happening, which is exactly what I have chosen to do. That’s where my power sits.
